Reiki flows from the students
hands after receiving initiations from a
Reiki Master. These initiations imprint the students
biofield (energy field that surrounds and permeates the
physical body) with subtle healing vibrations or pulsations.
After these four initiations, the student is now considered
to be a healing practitioner and their own healing journey
and work is enlivened.
After completion of initiations, by placing your hands on
another person, place or thing, the Reiki vibrations begin
to flow through you into whomever or whatever is being
touched.
You, the practitioner, have become a conduit for Reiki, and
immediately the beginning stages of wellness can be felt on
all levels - from physical to mental to emotional to
spiritual. Here marks a new beginning.
As a self-empowering practice of healing, Reiki is for
elders, children, pets, plants, friends, not-friends, and
situations, locations, and circumstances that need a
benevolent shift towards improvement.
